A: Yes, it will be shipped to your doorstep within 15 days

Q：How hard is it to assemble? Can one person do it?

A: 90% pre-assembled! You’ll only need to attach the legs (tools included). Most customers finish in 15-20 minutes. Image/Video instructions are available on our brand website.

A: To ensure a smooth delivery process, we need an accurate adress with phone for carriers

Q: Does the couch color look the same in real life as in the photos?A: Our studio lighting ensures accurate color representation. For real-life visuals,prefer to the photo/ video in the gallery. The fabric/leather are UV-treated to prevent fading.

Q: Are the couch cushions firm or soft? Will they sag over time?

A: The high-density foam cushions offer medium firmness for all-day comfort. Lab-tested to retain 95% of their shape after 5+ years of use. 2-year anti-sag technique used in the cushion structure
